The following people have been found to have engaged in corrupt conduct by the Independent Commission Against Corruption in the public inquiries listed below.
Due to these findings the people listed are prohibited from performing any work for RailCorp or within the RailCorp territory in any capacity including directly as an employee, as a contractor or sub contractor or as an employee of a contractor or sub contractor.
