How do I apply and what is the selection process?

Internship recruitment process
Step 1. To apply please click on the link below. The link will then take you to a specific website to apply directly online. Please follow the online application process as requested. If you do not meet the selection criteria you will be advised by email that you have been unsuccessful.

Step 2. If you meet the selection criteria you will be contacted by phone, within two weeks applications closing, and asked a series of competency based questions to identify your suitability for the role and commitment to the organisation.

Step 3. Subject to meeting these criteria you will then be invited to complete three online ability tests of verbal, numerical and diagrammatical reasoning.

Step 4. Upon successful completion of these assessments you will then have the opportunity to meet your potential manager or work colleague at an informal meet & greet. Pre-employment checks (criminal history, medical assessment, including drug and alcohol and referee) will also be conducted.

Step 5. Offers will be made to successful candidates.

When do the Internships start?

The program has two intakes every year. The first intake is December/January and the second is July/August.
