Service Delivery Group Program
The Service Delivery Graduate Program attracts individuals from any discipline who have a strong customer service focus.
Interns/Graduates in this program rotate within the divisions of the Service Delivery Group and gain exposure and experience in to how RailCorp delivers its services to its customers. The Service Delivery Program differs from other RailCorp programs in that the focus is on delivering business outcomes to meet the needs of customers.
The objective of the program is to develop graduates into value- driven professionals and equip them with customer service, operational and technical skills to take on entry level management positions in Service Delivery.
Structure of the Service Delivery Graduate Program
During the program graduates undertake:
- corporate induction
- service delivery group induction
- rotations targeted at improving customer service
- customer facing opportunities through key organisational events
- development days
- project and change management development activities

Graduate qualities we seek
RailCorp is seeking graduates who possess strong conceptual and analytical skills, well developed interpersonal and teamwork skills and have a passion for instilling change and continuous improvement.
How to apply
Intake requirements for 2011 will be filled from the Internship Program. If you are interested in applying for the Service Delivery Program, refer to the Internship Program to apply via the intern to graduate process.
Applications for this role will only be considered from students graduating in 2011 or 2012.
