Aim of the program

The aim of our graduate program is to create individual training and development that allows our graduates to experience all aspects of their discipline, providing them with the technical and management capabilities to ensure that the current and future business needs of RailCorp are met. Graduates are given the opportunity to develop through:

• having a customised career development plan for the entire duration of the program
• exposure to a number of business groups to increase knowledge, skills and expertise and to gain a holistic understanding of RailCorp
• the provision of on-the-job training and coaching, and
• mentoring by experienced managers and colleagues.

RailCorp has a diverse range of career opportunities and the program encourages graduates to explore a number of areas of interest within their discipline.
