Our Graduate Programs offer a structured three-year career development plan as well as comprehensive and continuous on the job training and coaching.
Future Leaders Program offers a series of rotations throughout different areas of the business to give our graduates a holistic view of the organisation.
Service Delivery Group Program provides future leaders for the organisation with frontline, operational and customer service experience.

To apply to join the RailCorp Graduate Program, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
- successful completion of a relevant degree prior to commencement of the program;
- graduates with overseas qualifications must demonstrate that their degrees have been officially recognised by an Australian university, and
- all applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
