We have a range of job opportunities in our Corporate Services support units such as:

Safety & Environment
Is responsible for ensuring that all our services and activities operate safely and within occupational health and safety and environmental requirements. 

Finance
Provides accounting services, procurement/contract management, payroll and auditing services to the organisation.

Human Resources
Is responsible for providing recruitment services, employee relations, workforce planning, HR policy development, managed equal employment opportunity/diversity programs, organisational development and training, as well as providing generalist HR advice to support the organisation’s various business operations. 

Legal
Provides legal advice relating to operational and corporate governance matters and represent the organisation in legal proceedings. 

Communications and Marketing
Provides services relating to the marketing and communication of our products and services to customers, staff and other stakeholders. These services include internal and external communication and promotion, advertising, public affairs and media liaison, government relations, community relations, ministerial correspondence, customer relations and research.

Information Technology
Manages and supports our IT systems ensuring that they are efficient and aligned to business needs and functions.

Corporate Services

Safety Risk Advisers

Safety risk advisers are responsible for the development of integrated risk based Safety Management systems and the on-going provision of expert level support, facilitation and advice to the wider RailCorp community. The Safety risk adviser plays a vital role in identifying potential areas for improvement and educating the business on safety.

Applicants must;

  • be over 18 years of age;
  • have formal qualifications in Safety Management
  • have demonstrated experience in Safety Risk and Safety change management
  • the ability to develop and manage a Safety Risk Register and Safety Knowledge Management system
  • be able to facilitate safety workshops, risk assessments and preliminary hazard analysis
  • have good communication skills
