Corporate Plan

At RailCorp, our mission is to deliver safe, clean and reliable services that are efficient, sustainable and to the satisfaction of all customers.

We will continue to work collaboratively with Transport for NSW to enhance services for our customers and deliver on the Government's long-term plans for transport in NSW.

Our Corporate Plan identifies the key strategic priorities for RailCorp in 2012/13, including the first steps in our program of reforms, to help us to achieve our vision: to be known as Australia's world-class railway.
